
FilAm Music Foundation and Evanston Chamber Music Society will present their Summer Music Festival August 19 to 21 at the Charles Gates Dawes House in Evanston, IL to showcase classical musicians of Filipino descent.
This year’s festival will consist of voice, winds, strings, and piano in chamber music performances highlighting the talents of Filipino American classical musicians from across the U.S.
Performing are:
Nicole Besa, soprano, Carla Fortmann, clarinet, Marian Mayuga, violin, FilAm Music Foundation Founder and Artistic Director Victor Santiago Asuncion, piano, Geoffrey Agpalo, tenor, Jared Esguerra, tenor, Rodell Rosel, tenor, Ezra Escobar, cello, and Brent Taghap, violin.
Tickets for each concert are $40, or $100 for the 3 day series.
Tickets may be purchased online or at the door on the day of the event.
